In my early career I worked as a Cartographer and Draughtsperson for various organisations and freelance - Hand and Cad Draughting, Land Based GIS and Engineering.

I completed a Bachelor of Design majoring in Sculpture/3D Design at CPIT in 2001. Following my Degree I followed my passion into Architecture and Interior/Spatial Design alongside developing my Sculpture practice, living and working from a central city loft in Christchurch for several years. During this time I worked mainly in fibre, plastic and wearable art.

I now work as a full time Sculptor/Designer from my home in a secluded valley near Little River on Banks Peninsula where I work mainly in recycled metal, thanks to the construction and installation skills of my engineer husband Mario, who is also available to assist other Sculptors.

I exhibit at major Sculpture events throughout the country, undertake Sculpture Commissions, Commercial Interior Design and Object Design:

Ironweed Products     Art Panels     Bespoke Gates     Custom Signs

As well as frequent roadtrips for exhibiting and installing, our lifestyle also includes developing a sculpture park, semi self-sufficiency and a small tribe of manx cats.
